I just wanted to take a snapshot of the Acworth GA Real Estate Market on this day in July 2014. The graphs below, are for the 2 zip codes in Acworth, 30101 and 30102. They are also for homes only, not townhomes, or attached villas, condos.
As you can see below in the last year, at time of post, 30101 seems to have selling prices at a higher price, than 30102. As far as days on market, 30102 appears to be the winner with less DOM than 30101.
